About us - our story

Just like other animal lovers, my magic bond with animal was built in my early life. Although memories fade slowly with times move, my fingers still remember the texture of my first kitten’s coat, and the fairy tale stories I told to my rabbits and tortoises still lives in my mind. Something special breathes inside of my heart and follows everywhere I go.

The idea of founded WisteriaDolls Ragdoll cattery started when I was taking criminology in my university. At that time I adopted my first Ragdoll and I was saved by him under amount of unpredictable stress in my life. He was a darling blue bicolor boy with sweetest personality I had never seen before. Everyone could strongly feel that he was more like a dog instead of a cat — loved following people, waiting at the door when you back home, crying loudly when he missed you, running to your with full of love when you called him. Have to say, cat is more independent than a dog, but the majority of his life is all about me: Missing me, waiting me, and loving me. He is a typical Ragdoll personality cat.

We share our life with our fur babies. Our dolls are never caged, never declaw, and never live in an environment with any health risks. They run freely in our house, and are ready to give kisses to their human friends...

Our aim is to breed beautiful, healthy, high-quality blue-eyed Ragdolls with loving temperaments. Our cats are an important part of our lives. We are motivated by passion and love—to breed our own show stars for cat shows, to bring happiness to pet families, and to continually seek improvement in the breed.

We are not a kitten mill. Our queens usually breed no more than three times within two years, with careful consideration for their health. As a result, we do not have kittens available frequently, and we maintain a small number of breeding cats.

The most important part of our breeding program is health. We take this very seriously and test all of our breeding cats to eliminate the risk of HCM, PKD, and other hereditary health issues. We also provide a two-year health guarantee against hereditary HCM and PKD.

Our Story

We are proud to share that all of our cats are FeLV/FIV free. Any breeding cat that was not born in our cattery must complete PCR testing for upper respiratory viruses and FeLV/FIV testing before meeting our resident cats. All tests are performed by our trusted veterinarian and carefully recorded in the veterinary hospital system.

The same high standards apply to our kittens. Each kitten receives its first two vaccinations, two deworming treatments, and spay/neuter surgery, all performed by our veterinary team. Complete medical records, including the veterinarian’s signature, will be provided and sent home with each kitten.

Our Cats?

In fact, income earned from our cattery is reinvested directly into our cats. This includes not only healthcare and overall animal welfare, but also nutrition. We feed our cats only the highest-quality foods available on the market.

Our cats and kittens are primarily fed a raw diet. We use high-quality, commercially prepared raw food from Big Country Raw, K9 Choice, and Back2Raw. Our cats enjoy a wide variety of protein sources, including chicken, duck, pork, beef, salmon, turkey, lamb, and rabbit.

In addition, we provide a daily wet food meal for every cat. The brands we offer include N&D, Ziwi Peak, and Tiki Cat

OUR POLICIES

There’s a lot of trust that needs to happen when buying a kitten as a family member. Also it will be hard to me — my kittens are part of my family. I do not want to place them in wrong hands. So we have few policies that buyers MUST FOLLOW.

All pet/show quality kittens will be early neutered or spayed before they go to forever home. No exception under any circumstances.
Our kittens cannot be caged.
We have no declaw policy.
Our kittens are indoor cat only.
Buyers cannot abandon our kitten under any circumstances.
Buyers have to sign our contract before pick up your kitten.

Please be careful when adopting a new kitten. There’s amount of SCAMMERS use fake info to fraud.

Below is our own experiences once as a purchaser…

I thought about adopting another pet Ragdoll after I realized one was not enough for me. Unfortunately, it leaded to a disaster — me and my best friend who also wanted a Ragdoll were scammed by a fake cattery. We lost thousands for nothing. Fake site, fake photo, fake people. Only the e-transfer address was real :) The worse is, we were not only victims in this case. Three people found me after I posted a warning in social media. It was imp ossible to take our money back after investgated all those stuffs about reporting to police and seeking help from lawyer. (NEVER BELIEVE ANYONE WHO WILL NOT LET YOU PICK UP THE CAT IN PERSON OR REFUSE TO USE PAYPAL.) It’s so heartbreaking to see lots of things like that. Please be careful when searching on internet trying to adopt a new kitten. No matter how the pictures or videos or their website look so real:

Never believe anyone who would not allow you pick up the cat in person.
Never deal with anyone who refuses to use PayPal.
Never believe ‘extra shipping charge email‘ whatsoever.
